Mondays. Mondays are the most exhausting and challenging day of the week. The reason why is because its leg day for Arnie and I at Gamble Fitness gym on Monday's, but will this be the last leg day on this gym? Ive heard people talking about the state of Washington going back to phase 1 of lock down. We hope they don't close the gym down so we can still have more exhausting leg days on Monday.
